Inside Sales Specialist
Staff Relationship reports to Sales Manager
Hours 11-8, as needed for coverage
Activities:
OneWorld Backup's Inside Sales Specialists are the voice of OneWorld Backup, working with customers and helping them understand the value in our software. The Inside Sales Specialist works as part of a team, handling large volumes of inbound communication via a variety of technologies. As a result this position requires excellent telephone and written communications skills. A team player with a positive attitude is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate the value of OneWorld Backup products, and how they are used in various customer scenarios
- Assess a client's business problem and recommend appropriate solutions
- Opportunity management via customer relationship management application
- Enthusiastically learn and apply information about new products, features and benefits
- Support volume sales effort through opportunity identification and escalation to the volume sales team
- Present and demonstrate OneWorldOffice products
- Attain and exceed 100% of any assigned individual or team revenue goal
- Effectively multi-task and excel in fast paced environment
- Understand key competitors and position our products' advantages
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Must be resourceful, self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work on a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communication inside and outside the company
- Interest in technology, specifically software applications
- Teamwork
- Good organization skills and capability to multi-task
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
